Once we've designed your itinerary, we'll send over an email with a breakdown of what we've included, missing of course the all important destination! From there, once your booking is confirmed, three weeks before travelling we'll let you know where you need to be and at what time, as well as weather conditions, any packing considerations and any other important info.

One week before travelling we'll reach out and confirm everything with you, from there we'll send out your destination postcard. This is sealed away and can be opened on the day that you travel, and revealing all the details of your surprise trip! With a handy QR code linking yourself to the boarding passes, hotel details and an itinerary guide, it couldn't be simpler!
